Clarifying the logistical aspects of our work together.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the prepaid deposit or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed sessions will forfeit the deposit to cover dedicated clinical time.

Yes, depending on your scheme and cover. In-person and online clinical consultations are provided with full tax invoices containing relevant practice numbers and diagnostic codes. You can submit these receipts directly to your medical aid provider for reimbursement according to your plan's benefits.

Once your time slot and deposit are confirmed, you will receive an encrypted confirmation email containing your meeting access link (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams) for online sessions, specific office directions and access instructions for in-person appointments in Somerset West or Stellenbosch, and any initial intake paperwork or consent forms to review prior to your session.
